- Strong passion to work for a startup hotel business to create the largest hotel chain in - - - South and Southeast Asia.
- Architecture graduate is mandatory
- Excellent communication and inter-personal skill both in Thai and English
- Intellectual and analytical skill
- Fast learner

- Result oriented and self-manage
- Experience and knowledge in screening and finding property location is a plus, but not mandatory.
- Fresh graduate is also welcomed
- To be responsible for sourcing and following-up deals of new hotels under leasing or management contract by working closely with Manager of Business Development.
- To generate possible new business contacts by establishing positive connections with property owners, property agents, associations, local authorities, etc.
- To conduct feasibility studies, including competition analysis and site assessment, for new projects.
- Review site/project plan and work on preliminary concept/program
- Analyze cost estimate for renovation and new built projects.
- To negotiate terms of leasing contract and management contract with property owners.
- To analyze and research potential business growth and opportunities.
- Business trips within Thailand and oversea will be required from time to time.
