Process guest arrivals and departures, including all necessary payments daily.
Handle & coordinate room assignments and pre-arrivals
Inspect rooms before guests arrival
Set welcome letters and necessary amenities in room for arrival guests
Handle guests' concerns
Offer referral for services and handle requests for information: book tour, flight changing, restaurant, limousine service, tourist attraction information, postal service, etc.
Welcoming and greetings all the Guest and the VIP
Handle taking orders for Room services as well as serve in room
