- High vocational degree or above from an accredited institution in Culinary Arts, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major.
- Minimum of 7-8 years experience for executive position in handling Thai and International culinary from a well established and reputation service institution in a similar position.
- Proficient in English both spoken and written.
- Must be highly organized, efficient and detail oriented.
We are recruiting an Executive Sous Chef who will look after and administer the entire culinary functions with multiple kitchen locations and 50+ staff. Duties will include creation of food items, menu planning, developing and maintaining quality/cost control, keeping high level of cleanliness/safety, kitchen staff training, special food promotion and other administration.
