QUALITIFICATION
EDUCATION BACKGROUND, CERTIFICATE/LICENSING
Vocational diploma in any field

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCES
At least 2 years experience in related position.

GENERAL MISSION
? Responsible for supervising and coordinating all activities of personnel engaged in serving food and beverages in Coffee House and Cake Shop.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND MEANS
? Briefs personnel on preparations, service and content of menu items. Coordinates with kitchen on daily or monthly specials and promotions.
? Performs duties common to all captains or waiters and other duties as may be assigned.
