POSITION OVERVIEW:

? Makes sure that the restaurant is well organized and ready for operation
? Supervises and coordinates the activities of the dining room in a restaurant/Bar.
? Check all reserved bookings and confirm beforehand.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Customer relations
? Serving food and beverage to guests in Bar
? Develops high quality relationships with guests
? Maintains guest complaints, solutions and all concerns pertaining to personnel or equipment in appropriate logbooks for reference.
? Greet guests upon arrival into the bar and guiding guest to prefer sitting area.
? Providing the guest with a memorable experience at the RedSquare.
? Educating the guests on our range of vodka.
