3. 3-5 year experience in training field
4. Assertive and Self Development always
5. Service mind and positive attitude
6. High responsibility Commitment and dedication
7. Have a good computer skill for Microsoft Office
8. Able to communicate well in English

1. Follow the company policy
2. Coordinate and prepare information for the training.
3. Participate in planning and developing the training process.
4. Arrange training according to the plan laid down, monitor and regulatory compliance.
5. Prepare documentation for Development.
6. Prepare other reports.
7. Work on labor relations, internal and external activities.
8. Others as assigned.
