Waiter/Waitress

- A minimum of one years experience in five star property as a waiter/Waitress.
- Full high school education and completion of chosen academics.
- Full knowledge of the operations of bar and restaurant procedures, set up and service in addition to the resorts SPL- s policies regarding restaurant services. Any courses relating to further knowledge of restaurant service are also preferred and welcomed.

To ensure polite, efficient and the highest standard of restaurant service in accordance with the resorts food and beverage procedures and to the satisfaction of all guests.
