1.Good written and verbal communication in the English Language,
2.Ability to maintain and repair relevant machinery.
3.Knowledge of functions of relevant technical systems and associated equipment and operational procedures.
4.Good supervisory skills.

1.Oversees the operation of all relevant technical systems and regular inspection of plants & other technical operation.
2.Ensures that the preventive maintenance programme is implemented according to schedule.
3.Recommends any adjustment/modification regarding the system to achieve improvement.
4.Works out a systematic maintenance plan.
5.Provides support for advertising & promotion events.
6.Supervises team of technicians in specialized areas.
7.Initiates and plans major repairs and modification works and other programmes to improve performance of common services.
8.Ensure efficient installation, maintenance and overhauls.
9.Excuses program of Energy Conservation.
10.Resolves emergency breakdowns within assigned shift.
11.Contributes to effective internal control system.
12.Resolve problems concerning assigned area of specific technical responsibilities.
13.Makes recommendation for any adjustment / modification regarding to the system improvement as necessary.
