Restaurant Supervisor

? At least vocational diploma or equivalent
? Experience in Food and Beverage preparation or customer service preferred
? Ability to walk bend and stand for extended periods
? Have good English communication skills both in written and spoken
? Pleasant personality with good communication and interpersonal skills
? Willingness to work as part of a high-energy, efficient team in a fast-pace environment

? Welcoming customers, informing them about specials or new items, answering questions, and accepting orders and payments.
? Take responsibility for the team and for the smooth running of an operations.
? Assist the Assistant Manager for planning monthly team schedule
? Maintain food and equipment inventories and keep inventories record.
? Perform food preparation or service task such as cooking, cleaning table and service food and drink when necessary
? Turns over the sales and the report for the day to the Assistant Manager.
? Boosts the sales of shop product.
? Checks and ensures the timely submission of the Daily bar inventory and par report, against restaurant or bar sales report at the end of each shift.
? Controls the requisition point and par stock level for beverage supplies, food supplies, guest supplies and bar supplies in the outlet.
? Checks opening and closing duties assigned to all colleagues.
? Supervises the service and cashiering operation of the Restaurant. Checks accuracy of all data in ?Cashier Balance Report? against the actual invoices
