Learning Development Manager

-At least 3-5 year in similar role.
-Good Leadership.

-Handling guest complaints and can work under pressure.

-Schedule trainings for all hotel employees
-Assists Training Manager to perform teaching duties in a professional manner, according to instructions issued by the Human Resources Manager
-Training Manager conducting the new hire orientation training including: fire and safety, grooming and hygiene, telephone manners, English training course, as required.
-Training Manager to conduct, co-ordinate and supervise various types of internal technical training and specify courses directed toward Department Heads and supervisors.
-Ensures that departmental training schedules are established six months in advance.
