* Minimum 1-2 years background as Guest Experience or leading role in similar business.
* Excellent communication skills verbal and written in both Thai and English
* Outgoing personally, lively, entrepreneur and autonomous.
รายละเอียดงาน
Lead the Heartist culture in coordination with the hotel team to ensure guests satisfaction.
Responsible to create sparkle moments and collection of guest?s preferences.
Admin work includes, responding to guest reviews, analysis of the guest feedback and conduction report using VOG.
