Executive Housekeeper - ibis [ผู้จัดการแผนกแม่บ้าน]

Minimum 3 years of managerial position or at least proven experience as a number 2 of a similar capacity, or managing multiple outlets
Professional reading, writing and oral proficiency in English language.
Good working knowledge of PMS (i.e. opera), Trust You or any software needed to perform the duty. ?
High degree of professionalism with sound team management and business acumen capabilities
High knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
Working in an environment with limited resources (manpower) to maximize hotel?s profitability.

Responsible and accountable for maintaining the highest standard of room and public area cleanliness and appearance in accordance to brand standard as well as guest service provided by the team.
Responsible for applying Heartist values that combines care for your team and the guest, when executed successfully will deliver exceptional commercial performance.
Ability to multi-task, work well in stressful & high-pressure situations and independently, has good initiative under dynamic environment
