Talent & Culture Manager - Novotel & ibis Styles Bangkok Sukhumvit 4 and ibis Bangkok Sukhumvit 4

- Bachelor degree in any field.

- At least 5 years related working Experience with in Management Level.

- Has hotel management knowledge and experience, be familiar with government policies related with talent& culture, welfare and labor relations. Organize and deploy manning according to hotel business guideline.

- To be responsible for planning, managing, controlling, coordinating and participating in talent & culture activities.

- To be responsible for the formulation, recommendation and implementation of hotel policies and procedures.

- To be responsible for planning, coordinating and conducting training need analysis and training programs together with the ibis Erawan ,Group

- Administration and Development Manager in order to enhance the quality service and to improve the staff performance and efficiency in handling hotel guests.
