Assistant Maintenance Manager (Polo)

? Bachelor?s degree or higher in electrical engineering.
? Minimum 5 years experience of maintenance management from hospitality industry.
? Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks .
? Able to work under pressure.
? Good command of English.

The Assistant Maintenance Manager is required to manage the safe and efficient operation and maintenance of all necessary building systems, facilities, equipment, and toxic materials with a team of 20 technical and non-technical staff. The duties include the following functions:

? Manage the operation, maintenance, and installation of all building systems including electrical, air conditioning, sanitary, telephone, digital control and sound systems throughout the Club.
? Oversee all aspects of energy consumption and conservation.
? Conduct feasibility studies, contract administration, preparation of scope of work and technical specifications, budgeting, scheduling, cost controlling, and tendering process.
? Review work submitted by outside agencies/contractors to ensure accuracy and proper design layout
? Ensure that the Club fully complies with all government regulations.
