50% - F&B Service & customer care: Ensure food and drinks are noted correctly and delivered / prepared in a timely, consistent & quality manner. Welcome customers with a smile, be proactive and assist them in decision making. Offer customer care to ensure they are having an enjoyable experience, and take corrective actions should it not be the case.

40% - Hygiene & Cleaning duties: Perform regular cleaning activities to the highest standard. Maintain excellent personal and workplace hygiene.

10% - Accounting & Reconciliation: Perform daily account reconciliations, ensuring that what has been sold is in line with the money in the till.
