At least 2 years related working experience with in hotel operations or learning & development
Able to travel with driving license to support new hotel opening and training on site
Good communication skills and presentation skills
Digital learning and development creator and production skill
Dynamic character, good personality and service ? oriented

Produce training VDO ?s for training material
Conduct generic training and soft skill training
Prepare training report to government and management meeting
Conduct training for HOP INN Talent Management Academy
Manage Student trainee
Create and support staff activity
Assist Group Director of Talent and Culture as required
