* Proven experience of at last 5 years? experience in a similar capacity as Chief Engineer or assistance in a big structure.
? Excellent Organization & Planning skills
? Strong leadership, training and coaching skills.
? A team player & Builder, Motivator and Self -Starter
? Results and service oriented with an eye for details
? Curious of learning and stay up to date to new technologies.
? Pro-active, result oriented and able to balance cost management and service delivery.
? Technical skills in all engineering aspect with few specialties, software usage and reporting.
? Able to work in a fast past environment with limited resources.
? Excellent communication skills with other department.

Responsible and accountable for maintaining the highest standard of the hotel facilities building structure, machinery and all mechanical, electrical system in accordance to brand standard. Planning and execution of the preventive maintenance. Reporting and advising on adjustment needed to maximize hotel?s profitability (cost saving) ?as well as guest satisfaction and service provided by the team.
