- To greet, welcome, check in-check out to courtesy guest and assistance to guest during their stay.
- Inform guests of property amenity, services, hours of operation, local areas of interest and activities.
- Providing services of food and beverages.
- Respond to guest requests for special arrangements or services.
- To offer close cooperation with all the department as we are working as a team.
