E-Commerce & Revenue Officer ( Hotel & Resort )

? Bachelor?s Degree in Hotel & Tourism Management, Business Administration (Management)or Related fields
? Minimum of 1 years of Distribution or E-Commerce experience in the hospitality industry
? Existing relationship with OTAs, Market Manager is preferred
? Knowledge of Channel Manager i.e SiteMinder or any will be an advantage
? Familiar with PMS, Fedelio /Opera is a plus, but not mandatory
? Demonstrated understanding of Web technologies, browsers, analytics and content management systems and processes.
? Strong Excel, Access, Outlook and Office
? Good command of written and spoken English

? Good background knowledge for Online Travel Agent & E-Commerce channels & Travel agent
? Must be good understanding and well knowledge processing with Online Travel agent business & Offline agent business
? Actively involved in planning initiatives to grow online and direct segment to hotel.
? Manage and monitor implementation of e-commerce strategies
? Daily management of hotel online presence on various OTAs, website etc.
? To maintain accuracy, parity and daily update of information, room rate, inventory and other content in PMS, Channel manager tools.
? To control allocations and room inventory together with reservation team.
? Create, implement and optimize marketing initiatives and promotions online.
? Closely monitor and assist in the preparation of report on market and competitor activities supporting documents for sales strategy meetings
? Good communicate, liaise, and negotiate internally and externally using appropriate methods to facilitate the development of profitable business and sustainable relationships.
? Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others; listen and respond appropriately to the concerns of other employees.
