Hostess and Operator

Basic Function:
1.Have good knowledge of the layout and menu of the restaurant/club.
2.Respond to guest inquiries and requests in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner.
3.Ensure to have updated information of restaurant/club.
4.Handle reservation and phone calls and guest queries about club.
5.Manage restaurant/club activity to make the service flow.

Duties and Responsibilities:
1.Greet and escort guests with warm, friendly enthusiasm and fastest possible time.
2.Manage reservation, confirm reservation, and follow up any guest inquiry.
3.Coordinate with concerned department on the bookings and inquiries
4.Take care of VIPs providing the highest service standards
5.Accommodate the customer?s requests as much as possible and permissible by the rules and policies of the restaurant/club.
6.Answer incoming calls to the restaurant/club and provide appropriate service.
7.Check on guests to get feedback on the quality of their meals, service, etc. and share any problems that arise and inform restaurant/club manager immediately but try to take care of the problem at once.
8.Perform other duties as assigned.
