Outlets Manager - Novotel

* At least 3 year experience in Food & Beverage in supervisor level of international hotels.
* Good command in English.
* Computer literate.
* Guest-oriented and service-minded.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, environment smoothly.

* Responsible for the overall supervision, planning, control and coordination of all activities of personnel engaged, in office administration and operation of the department.
* Oversees Stock levels in stores for operation and month-end inventories.
* Oversees the Banquet Sales and Inspection follow up.
* Liaisons with Purchasing Supervisor pertaining to all Purchase requests and orders
* Comply with ALLSAFE procedures and Accor Hygiene standard.
