? Thai Nationality only
? Has hotel management knowledge and experience in management level
? Familiar with government policies related with human resources, welfare and labor relations.
? Knowledge of Labor Law
? Good problem solving skills
? Good interpersonal skills
? Enable to travelling for support all hotel in term of Human Resources function

? Develops organization strategies by identifying and researching human resources functional to all the hotels
? Responsible for planning, managing, controlling, coordinating Human Resource all functional both of HRM and HRD
? Establish and develop talent management academy to retain and build HOP INN talent to support the company growth
? Execute Human Resources policies rules, procedures and programs align with the company strategy, labor law and ensure a smooth operation
? Recruitment of employee for new hotel opening and all hotel
? Directs supervisor of Learning and Development department in accordance to the needs of guest satisfaction, employee satisfaction, company and hotel
