You will make it to the next round if you are:

? Minimum education of bachelor?s degree in Hotel Management or relevant discipline.
? Minimum of 5 years in F&B experience in a similar capacity.
? Strong knowledge in the principles and practices within the Food & Beverage/Hospitality profession. This includes the knowledge required for management of people, complex problems and food and beverage management.
? Have Excellent English communication skills both in written and spoken.
? Possesses professional disposition with excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Who is a team player & leader, enthusiastic and self-motivated with solid experiences in Food & Beverage in Hospitality segment. Successful candidate will be looking after a hotel operation of 106-rooms and 1 Restaurant & Bar located at Sathorn.

* Plans the long and short term goals of Food & Beverage Department.
* Manages for F&B outlets and Entertainment; to ensure quality in services and products; and to maximize profitability and productivity.
* Sets annual operating budget for Restaurant & Bar. * Monitors costs in conjunction with Cost Controller. * Monitors service and food & beverage standards.
* Meets with Purchasing and suppliers to learn of new products or methods. And regularly provides feedback to Chef on food presentation and portions.
