Position Head Chef of hospitality business
Amount 1

Qualifications :
1. Bachelor degree or equivalent
2. Minimum 10 years of experience in Thai Cuisine or Fusion Cuisine in reputation restaurant
3. Able to plan, manage, control raw material stock relevant to cost and sale volume
4. Able to create either new seasonal recipe for sale and big event and also new normal recipe
5. All menu are kept in standard of recipe, quality and hygiene.
6. Core competencies are required : supervisory & coaching skill, communication skill, proactive trouble shooting and problem solving, creativity, cost management.
7. Maturity and hands on
8. Able to work at Khaoyai, 6 days per week.
9. Able to drive and have driving license.
