Purchasing Supervisor

- Dynamic and eager to learn
- Strong negotiation skills
- Able to communicate well both Thai & English
- Experiences in restaurant or hotel business is a plus.

- Processing all purchase requests submitted by Department/Outlets.
- To maintain optimal stock levels for the efficient running of departments
- Maintaining regular communication with departments on deliveries and outstanding orders
- Sourcing suppliers and negotiating commercial terms.
- Liaising with suppliers and representatives to - Regularly compare the prices charged by the restaurant- s supplier with those of other vendors in the markets to ensure that the hotel can always buy at the best possible price without jeopardizing quality
- Any task assigned by Manager/Snr Manager
