?University graduate or equivalent diploma in Hotel Management
?At least 3 years experience in a similar position in International hotel
?Knowledge of the concepts and evaluation of market analysis processes
?Clear understanding of hotel industry is necessary as well as analytical capabilities and market research
?Excellent communication and presentation skills
?Resourceful, strong business orientation with strive for results
?Excellent command in both spoken and written English
?Proficiency Revenue Management tools, in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
?Opening experience preferred
Responsible for the implementation of RM methods in order to maximize the turnover in accordance with hotel strategies, brand?s marketing and customer?s needs
Responsible for having all the revenue management processes in place in the hotel
In charge of helping to reach and exceed the operational turnover budget of the hotel
Identify opportunities for incremental revenue through analysis different market segments and distribution channels
Establish Differential Pricing based on market segments, demand, positioning
Identify distress or peak periods and initiate appropriate strategies
Developing tracking tools to monitor implementation and impact of internet pricing strategies
