Security Supervisor

- Bachelor's degree preferred or at least High Diploma in any relevant discipline.
- Work experiences require minimum 2 year in depth of similar operations capacity.
- Knowledge of security procedures and safety abilities to manage and lead team.
- Strong physically and healthy

Who is a team player & leader, enthusiastic and self-motivated with solid experiences in Security & Safety in Hospitality segment. Successful candidate will be looking after a hotel operation of 106-rooms and 1 Restaurant & Bar located at Sathorn area.

- Oversee daily topics conduct briefing and communication to Security Guard with prescribe task physical routine, dispatching each individual, and case handle.
- Oversee functional CCTV system, observation complete patrol, preservation property asset, operations key control, withdraw and storing.
- Oversee hotel disciplinary and employee breach regulations, robbery, banditry, associate to manage to the property.
- Maintain platform investigation fire extinguisher, fire line, conducts property quarterly cross training hazard and risk, fire prevention, earthquake, disaster and product knowledge assessment situation.
- Observations for abnormal equipment, tools, P&P associates to damage or harm to guest and staff and communicate monitoring with Engineering.
- Oversee daily preparedness first aid program, emergency, accident.
- Grooming operations performance, supervise public area and complete daily incident, report summarizing with well handover relationships.
- Handle safe deposit boxes associates- urgent request to open, left value item without lock the safe, lost value item etc.
- Liable any outsource contract work in the hotel and prescribe limitation area work spaces of guest area.
