? Re-check all registration cards for all guests who check-in.
? Put records for all guests in Thai and English into the immigration format.
? Ensure that the immigration report will show the guest?s name, check-in & check-out date, room number, nationality, passport number, immigration number, type of visa, and occupation.
? To provide a courteous and professional service at all times.
? To maintain good working relationships with your own colleagues and all other departments.
