- Bachelor' s degree and related field (New graduates welcome)
- Familiar with Microsoft programs: Excel formular, MS.word, Power Point
- Service minded, good communication skills. Able to work effectively with a team
- Attentive to details, careful, fast work and able to manage time well

- Responding to customer enquiries and providing hotel information support and affiliates through online channels, TripAdvisor, OTAs, Google and other channels.
- Respond to customer chats from online channels such as Facebook, Instagram, LINE
- Coordinate and manage documents Follow up on financial documents with online media, influencers as assigned.
