Job Descriptions

Responsible for assisting the GSC Manager with the day-to-day operations of the GSC Department. Supervise GSC Agents, ensuring we exceed customers? needs and wants, giving our guests a feeling of Wonder lust. Help to ensure the delivery of delight service throughout a guests? stay. Responsible for receiving orders for In Room Dining orders. Ensure that agents are following through on tasks to ensure guest satisfaction.
