Den Attendant (Kid Club Attendant)

Education:Secondary school or above

Experience:Minimum 1 year experience as children attendant within the hospitality industry.

Language:English / Thai - Proficient Oral and Written, a second foreign language will be of advantage

Other Knowledge & Skills:Friendly, outgoing, active and enthusiastic personality. Ability to communicate and handle all guests courteously and sincerely. Know ledges of facilities and activities program. Experience in sports and outdoor activities for kids Arts & Crafts ability

Age:Minimum 20 years old

? Actively support and have good comprehension of the Core purpose, Vision, Core values, Core passions, Virtuous circle, Best practices, Goals, Objectives, SOP, PnP and Soneva way.
? Ensure high standards of personal appearance, grooming and hygiene with clean and pressed uniforms as per the hotel policy.
? Check the occupancy of children in the resort and recruit the children to join Den?s facility & activities.
? Register the children that will stay with Den?s during opening hours
? Prepare Den?s daily activities program, set up all operational equipment & material.
? To perform as baby sitting.
? To explain Den?s policy, activities program to the kid?s & parents in detail and with enthusiasm.
? Clean and tidy all Den?s facilities, and maintain all the furniture, equipment, games, toys and books.
? Develop new activities.
? Report all the problems or complaints from guests to direct supervisor.
? Inspect and ensure Den?s facilities & equipment are in good working condition. Report all Den?s facilities, equipment and furniture in need of maintenance to engineering
? To pay special attention to all adult guests visiting The Den.
? Carry out all reasonable tasks assigned by Den Supervisor.
? Take an active role in accident prevention and control.
? Initiate activities outside The Den for kids not registered.
? Inform the Den Supervisor of any suggestions, idea, change that will improve any aspect of Den?s facility, program procedure or service.
? To be informed by reading Den?s logbook daily, and complete the daily task assignment.
? Respond to the guests request and immediately handle problems and complaints about Just Kids functions.
? Monitor the children activities and behavior. Be sure that all the kids are safe & enjoy.
? Promote all Dens? activities program to the resort guests.
? To have a thorough knowledge of all Just Kids equipment and facilities.
? Participate in all training programs assigned by the Den Manager or Training Manager.
? Carry out all reasonable tasks assigned by direct supervisor.
? Able to work overtime when required and complete extra jobs if assigned.
? Support and help in the resort?s operations if required.
? To stay positive, courteous, friendly, energetic, informed, organized and helpful in all aspects of the job, with guests and with employees.
? To keep an organized logbook of all activities including, guest complaints, comments, weather, number of participants and staff on duty. This logbook should be daily handed to the Den Manager.
? Attend social responsibility and environmental activities organized by the resort.
