Pastry Chef

? Thai Nationality
? Bachelor Degree/Diploma
? At least 2-3 years working experience in the international hotel industry
? Fluent in English and another language a plus (French, Chinese, Japanese)
? Dynamic, strong serviced mind with good relations & communication skills
? Must be able to travel/relocate aboard

? Production of different and international pastries
? Leading, training and developing Pastry cook assistants (2 to 3 persons)
? Attending and decoration of the buffets during the service
? Participation at the creation of the menus
? Preparation of the orders and administration of the stock
? Ensuring the respect of Club Med?s standards and the application of hygiene and safety procedures
? Development of your staff by organizing training and formation
? To participate in the events, sharing moments and Club Med Village life.
